Ideas once stated clearly and be followed up with a definite plan of actions it becomes powerful tools toward the greatness achievement . That is what I have learned after self-consultation with the Master of success e.g. Napoleon Hills, Anthony Robbins, Stephen Covey and David Allen.
You need not to have a completed plans but more important is to take the overall view to visualize what ends you want to achieve before jumping down into hand-on details. However sometimes it is great to just sketch out and start action immediately. As the result you could crystallize the pass/failed trials into a complete action plans to your achievement.
In short, bring ideas to practice is the key to your success.
